The Cedars
We share our building in Waterloo – and even our sanctuary – with Temple Shalom, a Reform Jewish congregation.
We’re the first congregations of different faiths in Canada (and maybe the world!) who came together as strangers to plan, build and share a place of worship. We’ve been together since 1996, and it’s been great!
There are no stairs to access the building, sanctuary, washrooms, Community Room or kitchen.
We can also offer hearing assist devices and – if we know a few days in advance – we can provide some of the text for our Sunday service in Braille.
Our gravel parking lot is adjacent to our building, and there’s lots of parking space.

Sunday services
Westminster’s worship services are Sundays at 10:30 a.m. for about an hour, after which you are welcome to join us for refreshments and conversation. 
We welcome children to pray and play, as they wish, at the front of the sanctuary. Anyone may leave worship to take part in Creation and Connection Time - a supervised program filled with learning and fun.
