CHRISTMAS EVE

There will be two church services on Sunday, December 24, Christmas Eve:

10:30 a.m. – Advent 4 Candle Lighting

7:00 p.m. – Christmas Eve Family Service

OFFERING ENVELOPES

Offering envelopes for the year 2018 have been distributed to those families who use them regularly and/or requested them on their stewardship commitment form.  You will find your new envelopes in your family drawer.

DECEMBER OFFICE HOURS

The December hours for the Westminster United Church office will be as follows:

Open December 12 to December 15 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Open December 19, 20 & 21 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Open December 22 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon only.

Closed December 26.

Open December 27, 28 & 29, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Regular office hours will resume the first week of January 2018 - Tuesdays to Fridays, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

GAMES NIGHT

On Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. we will be having a joint Westminster/Temple Games Night!  Bring your favourite board game and snacks for a Games Night over the holidays!

THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT EVER

Join us at Westminster United Church on Friday, December 29, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. for a performance of “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” (by Barbara Robinson, produced by special arrangement with Samuel French Inc.).  Admission is a good will offering.  All are welcome!

COMMUNITY GARDEN AT THE CEDARS

CASSEROLE MINISTRY

Could you help out with our Casserole Ministry? We are ready to restock the freezer for the fall season.  Filled containers can be brought to church.  If you need an empty container, they are available in the kitchen.  Any one is welcome to give a frozen meal to anyone in the community who could use a handy, prepared meal. FAITHFUL FOOTSTEPS
