This November, the DaCapo Chamber Choir sets out on a three-year program series inspired by the global refugee situation.  Parsed three ways, the series reflects on themes of Displacement this season, Resettlement next year, and Renewal in the third year. The choir is thrilled to welcome back Persian vocalist Amir Haghighi, from Vancouver BC, to start our 3-concert season based on the theme of "Displacement". Amir will be performing with us for Iman Habibi's Colour of Freedom, based on text by Marina Nehmet (Prisoner of Tehran).

Join us on Saturday Nov. 11th, 8pm at St John the Evangelist church in Kitchener or on Sunday Nov. 12th, 3pm at St. John's Lutheran church in Waterloo. Tickets are available online at www.dacapochamberchoir.ca.
